Services
American Anchor engineers, manufactures, installs, inspects, load tests, certifies and repairs fall protection and suspended access systems nationwide, including systems from any other manufacturer. From anchorages for single-line suspension systems, such as Rope Descent Systems (RDS), to support systems for powered platforms and roof cars, every installation is supervised, approved, and stamped by a licensed professional engineer with expertise in fall protection system design. To date, American Anchor has completed more than 50,000 installations, inspections and load tests.
Manufacturing and Fabrication
American Anchor manufactures anchor points, davit bases, monorails, trolleys, monorail turntables, custom bracing and anchoring hardware at a dedicated facility in the USA.
Installations
American Anchor installs a wide range of fall protection and suspended access equipment nationwide: roof anchors, davits, monorails, horizontal lifelines, guardrails, ladders and more.
Recertifications
Anchor and fall protection recertification nationwide: annual inspection, load testing at least every 10 years (5 for adhesive anchors), written report and certification.
Load Testing and Inspection
Roof anchor inspection, davit testing and certification, and load testing for fall protection and suspended access systems nationwide, from any manufacturer.
Design and Engineering
In-house engineering of fall protection and suspended access systems for new construction and retrofit buildings, including buildings with no surviving drawings.
Consulting
Free site consultations for projects we bid, plus paid in-depth fall protection consulting and PE-stamped submittals for new construction and large projects.
BMU Inspections
Building maintenance unit (BMU) 30-day inspections with light maintenance on the same visit, plus coordinated annual inspections and larger repairs, nationwide.
Education and Demos
On-site and virtual fall protection training and live anchor load test demonstrations for building owners, safety managers and crews, presented nationwide.
