BMU Inspections and Maintenance

30-day inspections

Most of our BMU clients are on a 30-day inspection program. Each month a qualified technician inspects the unit in line with OSHA 1910.66 and ASME A120.1, and every visit is documented in a written report.

Light maintenance on the same visit

We handle lubrication, adjustments and minor repairs while we're on the roof, so small issues get fixed before they turn into downtime.

Annual inspections and larger repairs

We coordinate yearly inspections, major maintenance and repairs with our partners, so one call covers everything your unit needs.

American Anchor has completed more than 50,000 installations, inspections and load tests since 2000, and more than 3,400 clients rely on us for recurring inspections.

COMMON QUESTIONS

What is included in a BMU 30-day inspection?

A qualified technician inspects the unit in line with OSHA 1910.66 and ASME A120.1, handles light maintenance such as lubrication, adjustments and minor repairs on the same visit, and documents everything in a written report.
